    About Canary Wharf Health

Canary Wharf Health provides a range of treatments for overall mind-body health. All of our therapists are highly qualified and meet the standards of leading complementary health professional organisations. Therapies include:

Hypnotherapy:Hypnotherapy is a form of complementary therapy that is based on the influence of positive suggestions to bring about change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. The hypnotherapist offers suggestions that firmly plant a seed for you to make lifestyle adaptions.

Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. The therapist channels energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Bowden Technique: The Bowen Technique is a remedial, hands-on therapy that is applied using very gentle pressure.

The practitioneruses thumbs and fingers on precise points of the body to perform Bowen's unique sets of rolling-type moves which stimulate the muscles and soft tissue of the body.

One-to-one Yoga:We offer one-to-one yoga based on traditional hatha yoga – simple, straightforward yoga with a focus on sensible alignment, respect for the needs of your body and a focus on generating a sense of integration.

At times you will work hard, and may need to use your concentration to access your body’s capacity to work as one. Overall the aim is to experience a sense of alert relaxation – a readiness to be your best self in the face of life’s challenges!

Counselling: We offer a range of counselling and psychological therapies for a range of conditions. We work with adults one-to-one and also with couples.

Coaching: We work with clients to improve their effectiveness in life and performance at work. Coaching can help you reach your fuller potential in areas where you need stretching.

Nutrition: We advise our clients on good nutrition and diet choices to help them improve general health, feel more energy and vitality and cope better with illness and disease.
