    About Ursula Frank

If you are in distress and looking for deep change in your life, then Art Psychotherapy may be a way to help you move forward. I aim to provide a service that empowers clients to find new ways of understanding their past and supports a hopeful future

My approach is psychodynamic and relational - I believe that understanding past relationships, events and difficulties and exploring how they affect our present life can help to ease painful feelings and build emotional strength. The use of image making, with a variety of different materials available, means that what can be hard to describe in words can be made visible. A big part of the therapeutic process is an open minded exploration of all the possible layers of meaning and insight that the images may suggest.

I am a Health and Care Professions registered Art Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience of working with people of all ages and abilities. I work with adults and children, individuals and have recently started working with couples.

I live and currently work in a rural setting which is only accessible by car. Please look at my website for more information about the location.
